RETURN POLICY 

All our pieces are currently Made-To-Order and to provide you with the best experience our policy is as follows

We offers 3 days for a full refund or exchange from the day you received your order. (This Includes weekends) 

For any reason you have a problem or not happy with your order, simply notify us immediately to better assist you via email Inquiries@danielatabois.com.  If you are returning or exchanging your order, Simply log into your account and note the reason for the return/exchange. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received your request and processed the order. Customers are responsible for all shipping fee cost.

Orders must be return in perfect condition. Orders that come back worn or damaged will not receive an exchange, but will be notified and order will be shipped back to purchaser. Please allow 48 hours to process your refund and 2 weeks to process your exchange once we receive your order.

NO Refunds/Exchanges after 3 days on all orders.

There is NO returns, refunds or exchanges on custom made/modified and sample/sale clearance garments.

Shipping fee is not refundable.

Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped from order date. Our bridal jumpsuits will take 3 to 8 weeks depending on the design.

Custom Made Request Policy

We are happy to assist you with customizing our designs to best fit your needs. Once a custom order is made, it is final sale and there is NO refund. Contact us at inquiries@danielatabois.com for special request.

Shipping

All Items are shipped standard USPS priority 1st class mail with signature delivery confirmation. International shipping is available. Shipping fees are subject to change.
