All our pieces are handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY and our policy is as follows.
We offer only 7 Days for a refund or exchange on your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at email@example.com to better assist you.
For any reason you have a problem or are not happy with your order, simply notify us immediately to assist you via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are exchanging your order, simply log into your account and note the reason for the exchange. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received your request and processed the order. Customers are responsible for all shipping fee costs.
Orders must be returned in perfect condition. Orders that come back worn or damaged will NOT receive a refund or exchange but will notify you (purchaser) that the order will be shipped back. Please allow 48 hours to process your refunds and 2 weeks to process your exchange once we receive your order.
NO refunds or exchanges after 7 days on all orders.
All sales are FINAL on custom-made/modified and sample/sale clearance orders.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped from your order date for the face mask. Our bridal jumpsuits and gowns will take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design.

All Items are shipped standard FedEx mail with signature delivery confirmation. International shipping is available. Please contact us for expedited requests.
