All our pieces are currently Made-To-Order, and our policy is as follows.
We offer only 4 Days for a refund or exchanges on our Sequin and Ready-To-Wear Collections only. From the day you received your order (Including weekends). If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 4 Days to contact us Inquiries@danielatabois.com.
There is NO refund on our Bridal Collection. If you have an issue with your bridal order. Please contact us to assist you at Inquiries@danielatabois.com.
For any reason you have a problem or not happy with your order, simply notify us immediately to assist you via email at Inquiries@danielatabois.com. If you are exchanging your order, Simply log into your account and note the reason for the exchange. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received your request and processed the order. Customers are responsible for all shipping fee costs.
Orders must be returned in perfect condition. Orders that come back worn or damaged will NOT receive a refund or exchange but will notify you (purchaser) that the order will be shipped back. Please allow 48 hours to process your refunds and 2 weeks to process your exchange once we receive your order.
NO refunds or exchanges after 4 days on all orders.
All sales are FINAL on custom made /modified and sample/sale clearance orders.
Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped from the order date. Our bridal jumpsuits and gowns will take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design.

CUSTOM MADE REQUEST POLICY
We are happy to assist you with customizing our designs to fit your needs best. Once a custom order is made, it is final sale, and there is NO refund. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for special requests.
All Items are shipped standard FedEx mail with signature delivery confirmation. International shipping is available. Please contact us for expedited requests.
