Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your piece. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.  If your piece isn't quite right, you may also request store credit, which can be used towards a future design.

Refunds

Because our collections are made-to-order, refunds are not guaranteed, but we are always happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis to best support you.

One-Of-A-Kind

Our one-of-a-kind pieces are well-constructed samples used for product images. They are final sale, and there are no refunds or exchanges. We recommend reading the product description before purchasing.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Although processing times are listed under each product description, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to ship after placement, as additional verification and handling time may be required.
